Sam Shah has been named chief operating officer of Maesa U.S., based in the New York office. Shah most recently served at Cobe Chemical Labs and Color Cosmetics, and previously at DermaNew and CCL Plastic Packaging, with senior management experience in manufacturing, sales, operations, purchasing and quality assurance.
